TCSD Summer Chromebook Guidelines

As we head into summer break, Twinsburg City School District Chromebooks will be taking a vacation, too! Please review the quick guidelines below for your student's grade level.
Grades PK - 3: Devices Stay at School
- Chromebooks will not go home.
- Technology staff will keep these at school to refresh and roll them up to the next grade level for August.
Grades 4 - 7: Devices Go Home (Disabled for Summer)
- Students will take their Chromebooks home, but devices will be temporarily disabled from May 30 through August 3. Students will not be able to log in during this window.
Rising 9th - 12th Graders: Devices Go Home (Limited Access)
- Limited access is provided from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM during June for summer reading, academic work, and college/career readiness activities.
- Devices will be fully disabled from July 1 through August 3 (exceptions will be made for summer ACT & SAT testing dates).
Students actively enrolled in College Credit Plus (CCP), Extended School Year (ESY), or Credit Recovery will continue to have access to their Chromebook or a district loaner.
Please store all devices in a safe place over the summer so they are ready to return in August, refreshed and ready for learning.
We appreciate your support and wish all of our families a safe, fun, and relaxing summer!
