New Student Registration & Enrollment

To register/enroll your child(ren) in the Twinsburg City School District, please follow the steps below for EACH child that you need to register.  Any child that is enrolling must live within the Twinsburg City School District boundaries, with their Parent(s) or Court Appointed Guardian(s).  Any family registering is subject to an initial residency verification audit, if necessary, and at any time the District feels it is necessary to verify residency.

STEP 1 - COMPLETE FinalForms and wait to receive an APPOINTMENT EMAIL                     

  • Create an account with an email address. If you don't have an email account, you can create a free account at gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc. 
  • Once you are in FinalForms, make sure you are selecting the correct school year -- Current Year for 2025-26 enrollments OR Next Year for the upcoming 2026-27 School Year.
  • Enter information for each new student by completing all forms and signing them. 
  •  We will review your submission and send a link to make an appointment. Please note this is not an automated process. You should receive a link in one or two days.

STEP 2 - LOOK for the Appointment Email and COMPLETE/GATHER DOCUMENTS on checklist           

  • Gather documents and forms necessary for your appointment. 
  • A complete checklist along with forms is available on the Registration Documents page
  • Remember, registration is not complete until you attend an appointment in person.

STEP 3 - COME to your REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT                                                                               

  • ONLY A CUSTODIAL PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN can officially enroll a student; therefore, they MUST be the person(s) present at the registration appointment. Registration is not complete until all documents are received.
  • For families that are renting/leasing an apartment or single family home, ALL occupants must be listed on the rental agreement/lease INCLUDING the student(s) that are enrolling.
  • Bring all the necessary ORIGINAL documents and completed forms with you (we will copy the documents we need). Registration takes approximately 30 minutes.

Please Note

The Twinsburg City School Board has specific procedures and requirement for student enrollment:
 

  1. All students must live within the Twinsburg City School District boundaries with their Parent(s) or Court Appointed Guardian(s) and provide proof of their residency and age eligibility.  Any family registering is subject to an initial residency verification audit, if necessary, and at any time the District feels it is necessary to verify residency.
     
  2. Students entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years old on or before the first day of school. Students not meeting the age requirement, are eligible for an Early Entrance Evaluation. Please see the information below.
     
  3. Preschool:  Wilcox Primary's Preschool for Children with Disabilities is NOT an open enrollment program. Peer models are selected through an annual lottery and other students, through an evaluation process. Those students selected will be directed by the school to complete a New Student Registration. DO NOT COMPLETE the enrollment process unless so directed by Wilcox Primary School. Please direct any questions to Wilcox at 330.486.2030.
